Before we announce our new challenge,
we'd like to introduce a new member
to our design team.

Katharina Wikholm was our guest
designer from our last challenge and
we're pleased that she accepted our
invitation to join us.

Here's Katharina to introduce herself:

I'm a 59 year old Swedish spoken Finn, living in the city of
Vasa in Finland.  My husband and I have four grow up
children and four grandchildren.

I've always been interested in handicrafts and at the
moment I'm enjoying different stamping techniques, card
making and papier mache.  I'm always looking and trying
new techniques too.  My style varies from pretty things, bling,
lace and ribbons one day to fantasy, mystic and abstract.
Travelling to different countries gives me a lot of inspiration
for my artwork.

I currently work as a leisure supervisor for retired people

Our challenge for the next fortnight
is hosted by Sazzle

And the theme she has chosen is:

Bingo Board

Sazzle would like to see your projects
using the lines on the bingo board,
either running horizontally, vertically
or diagonally.  If you're feeling really
adventurous you may want to go for
a full house!

Please make it clear when you enter
which line you are using to make it
easier for us to identify.

the design team:

Here's a little about Katharina:

And here's the beautiful side stepper
card that Katharina has made for
our current challenge

We love this cute Sherri Baldy digi stamp
so expertly coloured.  The colours
you've chosen are so vibrant and the
flowers give the perfect finishing
touches to your artwork

We hope that you can visit Katharina's blog

Challenge 94 - More Than One Fold

Happy Friday Fussy and Fancy followers

********

Our new guest designer and top 5 from
challenge 93 "lemon and lavender"
will be announced next Friday
(Friday 2nd August) so please pop
back then to see
if you are amongst the winners

********

Before we announce our new challenge,
we'd like to welcome a new member
to our design team.

Diana Fernandez was our guest
designer from our last challenge and
we're pleased that she accepted our
invitation to join us.

Here's Diana to introduce herself:

I'm a lover of all things crafty!  I enjoy spending time
creating not only paper craft items, but also mixed
media and altered art projects.  I love to scour thrift
and second hand stores for treasures that I can
transform into something new and beautiful

I live in beautiful (but hot) Phoenix, Arizona, where
I'm outside all winter, and hiding from the heat in the
summer!  I adore entering crafting challenges and am
always making lists of new challenges that I can
play along with.

My favourite products are generally from Ranger or
Tim Holtz, but I'm also really enjoying Bo Bunny papers,
Angie Delarie, Saturated Canary and Dilly Beans digi
stamps.  I'm trying my hand at colouring and like that
I can see slow but steady progress.

When I'm not crafting I work full time as a 911
operator/police dispatcher.  I adore my work and can
truly say that every single day I work is different from
the last.  At home my husband and I have a house full
of furry kids (3 dogs and 3 cats!).

It's a wonderful and rewarding life.

Our challenge for the next fortnight
is hosted by Norma

And the theme she has chosen is:

Norma would like to see your
projects using more than one fold, so
this is where you get your fingers tied
in a knot and your brain lets off steam
as you try to remember the
measurements for your steppers,
trifolds, gatefolds and criss cross cards.

Let your imagination run wild and if
you can create anything like our
challenge theme picture we'd love to
see you enter it into our challenge.

Here's some ideas from
the design team:
