Featured Guest Designer for Challenge 101 - Black and Blue

Hello and happy Friday!

********

Today the Fussy and Fancy girls
are happy to introduce
our very talented
Guest Designer

Kim DeRuosi

Here's a little about Kim:

Hi Everyone

I am Kim and I live in Topsfield, MA.

I have been married to my charming husband for 29 years,
(I know poor soul he he).
We have two grown daughters who are 26 and 24 years old.
Our youngest still lives at home with us.
My in laws also live with us in a separate apartment (Phew!).

I have two dogs.
A six year old dachshund named Max and a
six month old dachshund mix named Lola.

I work full time from home doing transcription and
part time out of the house at a nail and skin spa.

I craft every chance I get.
I started paper crafting back in 2004 when my oldest daughter started her
last year of high school and I decided that I
would make her a scrapbook with some of the
mementos that I was saving.

I had never even heard of scrap booking or card making.
(such a novice was I).
It was four albums later when
I finished her surprise gift
and my love of scrapping was born!
This eventually led
to me finding craft stores and magazines,
thus card making.
Need I say any more?

You all know how it goes,
Here I am, years later with mountains of
supplies!

Like everyone else I am just trying to squeeze in all the fun
I can into this great life of mine!
Thanks for indulging me!

Here is the adorable card that Kim
has created for our
Black and Blue Challenge

This is such a lovely holiday card, Kim.
I love this adorable stamp from Penny Black.

He is so adorable as he sits in the snow and enjoys
the wonderful feeling of soft snowflakes falling on his face!

Your coloring and shading is beautiful and your
snowflake embellishments are gorgeous!

The fun black and blue gingham ribbon adds
the perfect finishing touch.
