 so if you've not tried making
one of these before why not pop over and

Hello and happy Friday!

Today the Fussy and Fancy girls

Pinky

Here's a little bit about Pinky:

I live in Craigavon, Co. Armagh and have been married
 to my best friend for nearly 33 years and he supports my
craftiness in more ways than one lol.  We have 4 grown up
kids, the eldest is 31 and the youngest and only girl is 19.
We also have a little dog called Squirt!

I've always been crafty and come from a long line of
dressmakers, bakers,  embroiderers and stitchers.  I started off
at a very young age thanks to my Mum who taught me
everything I needed to know about knitting and sewing.  I moved
into card making purely because I didn't like the sentiments and
verses in shop bought cards.  I used to make up my own poems
and verses and a lot of my cards were made from recycled bits
and pieces. I shudder when I look back on them.

I joined the land of bloggers about 3 years ago and am totally
addicted to entering challenges and working on design teams.
The bulk of my cards though are all commissions and I've been
running my own little card business for about 10 years now and
have a large customer base who thankfully keep coming
back for more so I must be doing something right!

I was so lucky when number 1 came up with this challenge,
when does that ever happen, but it got me this guest
designer spot with the fabulous girls from Fussy and Fancy.
I have to say I've been nervous about my card but after much
chopping and changing I took the plunge and sent it to
Sheryl.  Thanks for having me girls.

Challenge 63 - New Baby - Winners!

Today the Fussy and Fancy girls are

Tammy

Here is a little bit about Tammy:

 I live in Staffordshire in the UK and happily married with
3 daughters (23, 19 & 16) and a grand-daughter of 3 yrs,
who keeps me on my feet when I'm not crafting!

I've always loved art and have been creative from a young age.
I started off with cake decorating, flower arranging and cross
stitch making my own cross stitched Christmas cards each year.
A friend got me into handmade cards 12 years ago and I've not
stopped since!  I've designed digital cards at Daisy Company and
 Aimee Asher, but my true love is rubber and digital stamps.
My favourite being Magnolia stamps, Saturated Canary
and those adorable Teddy Bea & Bo digital Stamps.

I like spending the evening's colouring my stamps, with either
 promarkers or poly pencils, then creating when everyone as left for
school or work - my "ME" time!

Thank you so much for offering me this Guest Designer
position, it's been a real honor.

This card is simply gorgeous, Tammy!

We love the pretty soft pastel shades you've
chosen and your image is colored so
beautifully with some lovely shading.

The fanciful flourish die is beautifully adorned
with flowers, the punched edge, that perfect
sentiment along with those purple gems add
such perfect finishing touches!

Challenge 64 - Swirls and Flourishes

Well I think the population has well and
truly increased judging by the amount
of new baby cards we had for our last
challenge!

We are still busy using all of our
fingers and toes to try and work
out whether we had more PINK
or BLUE entries, but will get
back to you with the results.
